Partner Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This Partner Policy explains how SARUN Group (“SARUN”, “we”, “us” or “our”) reviews, approves, lists, manages and works with partners, vendors, creatives, service providers, rental providers, venues, suppliers and businesses that collaborate with SARUN.

By applying to become a SARUN partner, submitting partner information, accepting partner access, being listed on SARUN’s platform, or providing services through or in collaboration with SARUN, you agree to this Partner Policy, SARUN’s Terms & Conditions, Vendor Code of Conduct and any additional written partner terms provided by SARUN.

1. About SARUN Partners

SARUN partners may include event vendors, decorators, planners, rental providers, venues, photographers, videographers, caterers, entertainers, florists, designers, production teams, stylists, service professionals, suppliers and other businesses that support SARUN’s event, rental, production, shopping or experience platform.

SARUN may work with partners through listings, referrals, collaborations, event packages, vendor coordination, client recommendations, online marketplace features, partner dashboards, shared projects or other approved arrangements.

2. Partner Approval Is Not Automatic

Submitting a partner application does not guarantee approval, listing, referral, booking, collaboration, sales, visibility or platform access.

SARUN may approve, decline, pause, remove or restrict partner participation at its discretion based on business fit, service quality, professionalism, availability, safety, client experience, brand alignment, communication, reliability, pricing, reputation, documentation or other relevant factors.

3. Partner Categories

SARUN may approve partners in different categories, including but not limited to:

  • Event planning, design and styling partners.
  • Rental and décor partners.
  • Venues and experience locations.
  • Photographers, videographers and production teams.
  • Caterers, bakers, bar services and food providers.
  • Florists, balloon artists and installation providers.
  • Entertainment, performers, hosts and children’s activity providers.
  • Technical, lighting, sound, staging and production providers.
  • Retail, gift, favour, product or marketplace partners.
  • Corporate, brand activation and business collaboration partners.

4. Application Information

SARUN may request information from partner applicants, including:

  • Business name, owner name and contact details.
  • Service category, product category or business description.
  • Location, service area and availability.
  • Portfolio, photos, videos, website links or social media links.
  • Pricing information, packages or rate cards.
  • Business registration, licence, insurance or certification information where applicable.
  • Experience, references, reviews or examples of previous work.
  • Policies, safety practices, service standards or client terms.
  • Any additional information SARUN reasonably requires to review the application.

Partner applicants must provide accurate, current and truthful information. SARUN may decline or remove a partner if submitted information is false, misleading, incomplete or outdated.

5. Review Process

SARUN may review partner applications based on quality, professionalism, reliability, communication, responsiveness, safety, brand fit, pricing, service standards, client experience and suitability for SARUN’s platform.

SARUN may request additional information, clarification, samples, references, meetings, site visits, trial collaborations or updated materials before making a decision.

6. Approval and Listing

If approved, a partner may be listed, recommended, invited to collaborate, given partner access, included in packages, offered marketplace visibility or considered for client enquiries.

Approval does not guarantee that the partner will receive bookings, sales, enquiries, referrals, clients, event opportunities or specific placement on the SARUN website.

SARUN may decide how, where and when partner information appears on the website or platform.

7. Partner Profile and Content

Partners may be required to provide accurate profile information, images, descriptions, pricing, service areas, availability, terms, portfolio content, product information or listing details.

By submitting content to SARUN, the partner confirms that they have the right to use and share that content, and that the content does not infringe another person’s rights, mislead clients or violate any law or platform rule.

SARUN may edit, format, crop, resize, rewrite, decline or remove partner content to suit SARUN’s website, platform, brand style, client experience or quality standards.

8. Service Standards

SARUN partners are expected to maintain high service standards. Partners must act professionally, communicate clearly, arrive on time, provide accurate information, deliver agreed services, respect clients, protect SARUN’s reputation and follow applicable policies.

Partners must also follow SARUN’s Vendor Code of Conduct.

9. Communication

Partners must respond to SARUN and client-related communication in a timely and professional manner.

Partners should promptly notify SARUN of changes in availability, pricing, contact details, service area, staffing, products, equipment, policies, business status or any issue that may affect a client booking or platform listing.

10. Pricing and Fees

Partners are responsible for providing accurate pricing, fees, package information and any conditions that affect the final cost of their service or product.

SARUN may agree separate commission, listing, referral, platform, service, administrative, coordination, marketing or collaboration fees with partners. Any such fees should be confirmed in writing.

11. Bookings Involving Partners

Where a client booking involves a SARUN partner, SARUN may coordinate the enquiry, booking, payment, service details, client communication or event arrangements depending on the type of collaboration.

Partners must not make unauthorised changes to confirmed client details, pricing, service scope, timing or deliverables without notifying SARUN where the booking is managed through SARUN.

12. Direct Client Contact

In some cases, SARUN may allow partners to communicate directly with clients. In other cases, communication may need to remain through SARUN to protect the booking process, client experience and service coordination.

Partners must not misuse client contact information, pressure clients, bypass SARUN, solicit clients away from SARUN-managed bookings, or use SARUN enquiries for unauthorised direct sales.

13. Client Information and Confidentiality

Partners may receive client information only where needed to provide a service, prepare a quote, coordinate a booking or complete an approved SARUN-related task.

Partners must keep client information confidential and must not share, sell, misuse, publish or use client information for unrelated purposes.

Partners must comply with SARUN’s Privacy Policy and any privacy or confidentiality instructions provided by SARUN.

14. Partner Responsibility

Partners are responsible for their own business operations, staff, assistants, subcontractors, tools, equipment, vehicles, supplies, licences, permits, taxes, insurance, safety practices and legal obligations.

Unless agreed in writing, partners operate as independent businesses and are not employees, agents or representatives of SARUN.

15. Insurance, Licences and Compliance

SARUN may require certain partners to hold appropriate licences, registrations, permits, certifications, insurance or safety documentation depending on the service category, risk level, venue requirements, client requirements or applicable law.

Partners are responsible for ensuring that their services, products, staff, equipment and business operations comply with applicable legal, safety, tax and regulatory requirements.

16. Health, Safety and Risk

Partners must provide services safely and must not create unnecessary risk for clients, guests, children, SARUN staff, other vendors, venues, property or rental items.

Partners must notify SARUN immediately of any incident, injury, safety concern, property damage, equipment issue, client complaint, venue restriction or event-related risk connected to a SARUN booking.

17. Quality Control

SARUN may monitor partner performance through client feedback, staff observations, booking outcomes, communication records, photos, event reports, complaints, reviews or partner history.

SARUN may request improvements, updated materials, revised processes, training, corrective action or temporary suspension where partner quality or reliability does not meet SARUN’s standards.

18. Complaints and Disputes

Partners must cooperate with SARUN in reviewing and resolving client complaints, service issues, refund requests, damage claims, missed services, late delivery, quality concerns or disputes connected to SARUN bookings.

SARUN may consider partner communication, client information, photos, videos, written records, booking details and other evidence when reviewing a dispute.

19. Cancellations by Partners

Partners must notify SARUN as soon as possible if they cannot complete a confirmed service or booking.

Repeated cancellations, short-notice cancellations, failure to appear, unreliable availability or poor communication may result in removal, suspension or restriction from SARUN’s platform.

20. Subcontractors and Assistants

Partners must ensure that any staff, assistants, subcontractors or representatives involved in SARUN-related work understand and follow SARUN’s standards, client expectations, safety rules, confidentiality requirements and Vendor Code of Conduct.

Partners remain responsible for the actions, omissions, conduct and work quality of their team members and subcontractors.

21. Brand Use

Partners must not use SARUN’s name, logo, branding, website content, client images, marketing materials, platform content or partnership status in a misleading way.

Partners may not present themselves as owners, employees, official agents or exclusive representatives of SARUN unless SARUN has given written permission.

22. Media and Promotional Content

Partners may submit photos, videos, testimonials, portfolio content or event content to SARUN for listing, marketing or promotional use.

Partners must ensure that they have appropriate permission to share any content involving clients, guests, children, venues, brands, private events or third-party intellectual property.

More detailed terms may be included in SARUN’s Media & Content Policy.

23. Removal, Suspension or Restriction

SARUN may remove, suspend, restrict or decline a partner if the partner:

  • Provides false, misleading or outdated information.
  • Fails to meet SARUN’s quality, safety or communication standards.
  • Receives repeated complaints or negative feedback.
  • Fails to deliver agreed services.
  • Misuses client information or SARUN platform access.
  • Attempts to bypass SARUN on SARUN-managed enquiries or bookings.
  • Damages SARUN’s reputation or client trust.
  • Breaches this Partner Policy, the Vendor Code of Conduct or other SARUN terms.
  • Creates legal, safety, financial, reputational or operational risk for SARUN.

24. No Guarantee of Income or Bookings

SARUN does not guarantee that partners will receive a specific number of enquiries, bookings, orders, referrals, sales, views, rankings or income.

Partner opportunities may depend on client demand, service category, quality, availability, pricing, location, platform activity, client preferences, SARUN’s business needs and other factors.

25. Changes to Partner Information

Partners must notify SARUN promptly if their business name, ownership, contact details, service category, pricing, availability, address, portfolio, insurance, licences, social media, policies or business status changes.

SARUN may request updated information from time to time to keep partner records and listings current.

26. Changes to This Policy

SARUN may update this Partner Policy from time to time as the platform, services, partner programme, marketplace features and business operations develop.

The updated version will be posted on this page with the latest “Last updated” date.
